YONGSAN, KOREA -- Ms. Dimice Perry, human resources specialist, Public Health Command-Pacific, conducted several training sessions on the new DoD Performance Management Appraisal Program (DPMAP) for supervisors of civilian personnel assigned to the 121st Combat Support Hospital/Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital, Yongsan, Korea. A total of three one-day training sessions took place on Feb. 14, 15, and 16, and included emphasis on the importance of employee engagement and the critical role of supervisors in an effective performance management program. DPMAP will link organizational mission and goals to individual performance plans, ensure regular feedback during the appraisal cycle between employees and supervisors, and result in increased employee engagement, morale, and effectiveness.
