HONOLULU, Hawaii (Feb. 1, 2017) - Mrs. Caroline Miranda, spouse of the Commanding General, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Gen. Glorioso Miranda, receives a briefing about school based behavioral health from Stanley F. Whitsett, Deputy Chief of Child & Family Behavioral Health Services during her recent visit to Tripler Army Medical Center, also known as TAMC. TAMC is no stranger to visits from the leadership of U.S. Army Pacific partner - AFP, hosting Col. Cirilito Sobejana, AFP Philippine Army G3, in April 2015. Miranda's visit to TAMC included a protocol facility orientation tour to learn the deep history of TAMC in the Pacific, a discussion and tour of the recently upgraded Exceptional Family Member Specialty Clinic and a visit to the TAMC Fisher House. Miranda was accompanied by Mrs. Kathleen Flynn (back right), spouse of U.S. Army Pacific's Deputy Commanding General, Maj. Gen. Charles A. Flynn and Mrs. Anne Barr (not pictured), spouse of Col.
