HOHENFELS, Germany -- In celebration of their honored service to the military, service members, civilians, and family members joined in ceremony at the joint Multinational Readiness Center's Instrumentation Training Analysis Computer Simulations and Support (ITACCS) to retire three of their finest employees, Jan. 20.

George Tillman, Terry Leech and Bob Doughty boast almost 120 years of combined federal service; roughly 58 of those years on military active duty service and 61 years as Tactical Analysis Facilitators at ITACCS.

During that time, their combined leadership skills helped develop countless combat leaders and assisted the readiness of troops through the peace-time operations and the steady years of conflict.

All three witnessed and participated in the rich history of the Joint Multinational Readiness Center.

George Tillman came to be an ITACCS TAF analyst after 30 years of service to the Army. At the end of his Army career he retired as the Command Sergeant Major of the Combined Maneuver Training Center (now known as JMRC). In his 14 years as a TAF analyst, Tillman helped create thousands of professional and thorough after action reviews which help the rotational training units learn and improve.

Terry Leech came to JMRC after 34 years of active federal service. He is retiring from ITACCS after 26 years as the Mustang Team's Senior TAF analyst. He supported many JMRC operations group commanders and worked closely with the Mustangs to produce brigade AARs.

Bob Doughty came to be a TAF analyst after 20 years in the Army, retiring as one of JMRC's Vampire Team observer, coach and trainers. He's led the Vampire Team's TAF since 2000. He held supervisory TAF positions with JMRC's Raptor Team, Adler Team, Falcon Team and Opposing Forces.

Over the arc of time, their contributions to troop readiness are immeasurable.

All three gentlemen were awarded the Department of the Army Superior Service Award.
