JANUARY 26, 2017

The Corpus Christi Army Depot provides regular updates on its first phase of the Art of the Possible, which launched in October, 2016. This phase focuses on optimizing the UH-60L production line to deliver mission-ready helicopter products and support to our Soldiers and Armed Service Members.

This week's Art of the Possible Walk the Wall meeting focused on streamlining the various gates and processes for the UH-60 Black Hawk modernization program in support of the United States Army's next mission.

Depot Maintenance Manager, Jamie Felgenhauer sidebars with Lead Logistics Management Specialist, Jahna Fulton, about the AoP Performance Monitor, which provides a real-time digital dashboard that tracks all work in the gated system. As CCAD's first program to adopt AoP, the UH-60 team is adapting well during the transition and welcoming opportunities of improvement.
