On early morning of December 24th, 2-2 AHB Wild Card Soldiers and families went out to a location near Moran Station, Seongnam to feed the local nationals who are struggling to find day's work during the Holiday season. 2-2 AHB teamed up with Good Samaritan Church near K-16 who has been conducting this feeding ministry for the past 8 years. 2-2 AHB Commander, LTC G Patrick Schuck firmly believes in strengthening the bond between K16 and its surrounding communities. This vision has been one of the primary focus of 2-2 AHB under his leadership.

Along with the Battalion Commander and his family, Soldiers and families of 2-2 AHB gladly volunteered their time the early morning of Christmas Eve to feed the less fortunate population in Seongnam who may be without hope as they look to find day's work to survive the cold winter in Korea. 2-2 AHB under its extensive Good Neighbor Program look to expand its influence and build a positive image of US Army's presence in the peninsula by contributing to the improvement of the quality of life for surrounding community of K16.

2-2 AHB Good Neighbor Program managed under 2-2 AHB Unit Ministry Team also involves volunteer work with teaching English to the less privileged children at Dandae Children Center, teaching English to local adults at Sinchondong Community Center, Monthly story time for K16 children along with local children from the surrounding community around K16.
