Year of the NCO: Benelux Spotlight

Command Sgt. Maj. Michael Bartelle, the senior noncommissioned officer Allied Command Operations, took time to show his appreciation to two NCOs instrumental in planning the Black History Month celebration at the Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe in Belgium. Staff Sgt. Germaine Terry and Sgt. 1st Class Lee Leggett each received an engraved knife from the command sergeant major. Terry works with the 650th Military Intelligence Group and Leggett is in the U.S. Army NATO SHAPE Battalion.
