CAMP AS SAYLIYAH, Qatar --The 1st Human Resources Sustainment Center Soldiers completed their nine-month deployment to the Middle East and transferred their authority to the 14th HRSC during a ceremony Dec. 6, 2016 at Camp As Sayliyah, Qatar.
Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Bruce E. Hackett, deputy commanding general of the 1st Theater Sustainment Command-Operational Command Post, presided over the ceremony and welcomed the 14th HRSC leadership and Soldiers to the 1st TSC-OCP.
Hackett recognized the accomplishments of the 1st HRSC and how essential the Adjutant General Corps is to the mission in the U.S. Army Central Command area of responsibility.
"1st HRSC Soldiers have kept a sharp eye on the theater human resources," said Hackett. "You've helped ensured our Coalition forces are ready and properly supported as we generate more combat power to root out and defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant."

"It is our intent to build upon the success and hope to take it to the next level," said Bowie as she referred to the mission inherited.
