Dr. Seuss Day celebrated at the Monterey Road Child Development Center

Children at the Monterey Road Child Development Center on the Ord Military Community listen attentively as a volunteer reads to them in celebration of Dr. Seuss Day. Monday's celebration, on or near the March 2nd birthday of Theodore Geisel, better known as Dr. Seuss, is now in its twelfth year as an annual nationwide reading celebration, "Read Across America," sponsored by the National Education Association (NEA).
