WASHINGTON (Nov. 10, 2016) - Brig. Gen. Brian Winski, a native of Wisconsin and graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, will attend Veterans Day observances in Fond du Lac and Milwaukee in honor and celebration of those who served, and continue to serve their country.
Winski, the Army Operations, Readiness, and Mobilizations director at the Pentagon, will meet with employees and key leaders at Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac for a lunch-time discussion, tour and Veterans Day ceremony. He will then travel to Milwaukee for the annual Veterans Day banquet at the War Memorial Center.
The engagement is part of a Meet Your Army initiative where senior Army leaders engage with the community to help connect America with its Army.
