The 3rd annual U.S. and Saudi Grand Security Assistance Review was held in Washington, D.C. Oct. 16-21. This year's grand SAR combined aviation, ordnance, armor, training and artillery program reviews, all of which traditionally have independent reviews that are held at different times and locations. Putting all five reviews under one roof provided a cost effective alternative that has the benefit of having all the key U.S. and Saudi representatives under one roof to solve logistical, technical and administrative issues.
