Hill, Va., Sept. 29, 2016. The competition is a weeklong event that tests the skills, knowledge and professionalism of 20 Soldiers who earned the opportunity to compete for Noncommissioned Officer of the Year and Soldier of the Year. Winners will be announced Oct. 3, in Washington DC.
