WIESBADEN, Germany -- U.S. Army Garrison Wiesbaden held an exercise Sept. 14, focusing on force protection and readiness."Exercises are a vital part of ensuring garrisons are prepared to protect Soldiers and Families, and that our communities remain secure," said an IMCOM-Europe spokesman, adding that in time of emergencies, much of that support comes from the host nation."It's important that we train and plan together with our first-responder partners from off post," the spokesman noted, "to ensure we are able to respond quickly and effectively."
