FORT LEONARD WOOD, Mo. -- If you'd like to get healthy and live longer, start attending this new series of classes offered at General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital beginning at noon Sept. 14.

A new topic will be taught at noon on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, presented by a different subject matter expert each month, in the hospital's Primary Care Clinic conference room, located in north east corner of the hospital's new north wing.

"Interested individuals should contact their Primary Care Manager team. There is really no sign up--it's first come, first served, and open to the Fort Leonard Wood public," said Molly Lautzenheiser, Fort Leonard Wood's Army Wellness Center lead and GLWACH Health Promotion Team member.
