Command Sergeant Major Foley was born in Panama City, FL and graduated from Niceville High School in 1989. He enlisted in the United States Army on 12 July 1989 as a 16T, Patriot Missile Crewmember, and attended Basic Combat Training and Advanced Individual Training at Fort

Bliss, TX.

On 16 May 2016, Command Sgt. Maj. Foley assumed responsibility of the 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC), Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The 94th AAMDC provides joint and combined theater air and missile defense to meet OPLAN requirements and support the rebalance to the Asia-Pacific Area of Responsibility.

Command Sgt. Maj. Foley previously served as command sergeant major of the 188th Infantry Brigade, Fort Stewart, GA from Aug 2015 to May 2016. Command Sgt. Maj. Foley graduated from Trident University International with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (Human Resources) and an Associates of Applied Science in Administrative Management.

Command Sgt. Maj.
