Program Executive Officer for Aviation Brig. Gen. Bob Marion presents a coin plaque to retiring Chief of Staff Col. Brian Tachias at his farewell luncheon June 23. Kelvin Nunn, the Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft deputy project manager, will become the PEO Aviation's chief of staff July 11.
