Fort Jackson celebrated the Nation's birthday with a day full of events and a night full of entertainment. The night's entertainment began with a fly-over by South Carolina National Guard helicopters and a performance by the local band Root Doctors. Grammy award winning artist Mya performed prior to Fort Jackson's annual Torchlight Tattoo. The day was topped off by a fireworks demonstration.
