Ustka, Poland -- Soldiers of the No Fear Battalion, 5th Battalion, 7th Air Defense Artillery Regiment participated in religious services June 16 on the beach overlooking the Baltic Sea during exercise Anakonda 16.

Soldiers from the 5-7th ADA Battalion took time out of their busy operational tempo to participate in religious services and work on their spiritual resilience early Sunday morning. These services were conducted by Chaplin (Cpt.) William Yi, the 5-7th ADA's Command Chaplin.

"We chose the beach to boost morale and to allow Soldiers to relax at the Baltic Sea." explained Chaplin Yi, "It allows Soldiers to enhance themselves spiritually, emotionally, and even physically."

The Soldiers genuinely enjoyed the chance to take a break from the frenzy of the exercise and to recharge their batteries. Having the backdrop of the Baltic Sea was an added bonus.

"It was amazing to have different scenery." Said Spc. Antenette Smalls, a Soldier from Alpha Battery, 5-7th ADA Battalion, "To be able to pray and enjoy the different background was incredible."
