Sgt. 1st Class Krenda D. Harralson, attached to C Company, 187th Medical Battalion, Staff Sgt. Stephen Raya, C Company, 264th Medical Battalion, Staff Sgt. Pablo Sierra III, U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research, and Staff Sgt. Maggie Wilson, B Company, 264th Medical Battalion, were inducted into the SAMC May 12, 2016. Command Sergeant Major Andrew J. Rhoades, U.S. Army Medical Department Center and School (AMEDDC&S) Command Sergeant, presided over the event. The guest speaker was First Sergeant Natasha M. Tsantles, U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research.

Induction into the SAMC is an arduous process, consisting of a recommendation by the Soldier's non-commissioned officer chain-of-command to participate in the rigorous board examination process. Only the absolute best Soldiers are recommended and inducted. The club recognizes noncommissioned officers who set the highest standards of leadership, excellence and exemplify the characteristics of Audie Murphy, a great American hero.
