Iraqi police release 24 detainees

JOINT SECURITY STATION AL JADIDA, Iraq - A released detainee hugs his mother during Operation Lions Return Feb. 7 at Joint Security Station Al Jadida located in the Al Karradah district of eastern Baghdad. The Operation Lions Return program returns former criminals back to their families and provides steady employment.  A total of 24 former detainees were released back to their families during the ceremony.
