Soldier Innovation Workshops bring together students from the College for Creative Studies, select Army NCOs and engineers from TARDEC.
The Soldiers and students work collaboratively to develop ideas and design concepts for capability requirements for the Army. TARDEC engineers provide guidance of the technical details of the ideations.
