West Point Cadets, Soldiers honor Pres. Franklin D. Roosevelt

Brigadier Gen. Patrick Finnegan, dean of the academic board, places a wreath at the gravesite of former President Franklin D. Roosevelt and his wife, Anna Eleanor Roosevelt, to honor the president\'s 127th birthday Jan. 30 in Hyde Park, NY. The ceremony, which involved six cadets from 4th Regiment who served as the honor guard and 14 Soldiers from West Point who served as the firing party and the flag bearers, took place in the Rose Garden at the FDR Presidential Library and Museum.
