Patient Safety Awareness Week focuses on reducing harm in healthcare. Patients, families, and healthcare professionals are urged to participate to improve the safety of the health care system for patients and staff.

At the Brian Allgood Army Community Hospital, visitors were involved in this year's Patient Safety Awareness display which featured a SimMan 3G patient simulator, used to deliver realistic training and open the dialogue in order to increase safety
