The 80th Training Command is excited to launch the command's "Earn your Badge Campaign". The effort is intended to educate Soldiers about instructor opportunities in the Army Reserve. Accepting an instructor position is a broadening assignment, and it's a rewarding way to train our Army. The instructor badge is a permanent award that once earned is worn on duty and dress uniforms.
