Fort Huachuca, Arizona - The Army Emergency Relief 2016-2017 Scholarship applications are available on-line for submission at the www.aerhq.org website. Applications will be accepted until 3pm EDT on 1 May 2016.
Army Emergency Relief maintains two scholarship programs -- the Spouse Education Assistance Program and the MG James Ursano Scholarship Program for Dependent children. Both scholarships provide financial assistance for students who are pursuing their first undergraduate degree only.
Scholarship award amounts are not guaranteed and vary each year based on the total number of applicants in each program and budget amount allotted to the scholarship programs. For 2015-2016, the minimum award was $500 and the maximum award was $3,300.
