The All-Army Sports Program is open to active duty, National Guard and Reserve Soldiers of high military bearing who have completed Basic Combat Training and Individual Entry Training or Officer Candidates School.

"It is a great organization that enables Soldier-athletes to participate in events beyond their home duty station," Tanui said. "It does a really good job of letting individuals realize their capabilities and what they can contribute."
