The following paper posits a method in which to articulate operational risks inherent to space weather phenomena faced by a ground-force commander. This paper provides operators the ability to take a nebulous red, amber, green table determination and more adequately convey operational impacts of space weather events to a ground force commander. A short discussion of what space weather is and possible impacts precede tables which articulate the effects of space weather in the mid-latitude, polar and equatorial regions.
