MOUNT ST. HELENS, Wash. - Fourteen 7th Infantry Division Unit Ministry Team members and guests climbed to the summit of Mount St. Helens as part of a Care for the Caregiver Resilience event.

"For those who spend their time taking care of Soldiers and Families, these opportunities are critical to avoid compassion fatigue and burnout in order to continue their role as caregivers," said Maj. Brian Coyn, a chaplain assigned to 7th Infantry Division.

"Each volunteer met the physical challenge of the hike while strengthening relationships with fellow team members resulting in greater personal resilience and effectiveness as religious support professionals."
