Regional Health Command-Atlantic Headquarters leaders commit to cooperation by signing the Leader's Code of Cooperation during an Oct. 14 ceremony on Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
The Code of Cooperation is the result of "Connecting with Respect" training administered by the region's Dignity and Respect Cell in May and August.
The code and the training are the result of one of Brig. Gen. Robert Tenhet's priorities to improve the workplace environment but ensuring all employees understand the importance of treating each other well.
The Code of Cooperation serves as a headquarters code of conduct when it comes to how RHC-A staff work with each other. In addition to a leader's code, each staff section will develop a code to focus on creating a cooperative work environment through positive, respectful daily interactions.
