"There is not a more capable and diverse unit in the U.S. Army than the 'Ironhorse' Division. We are trained, equipped and ready to accomplish our mission whenever and wherever we are asked. As part of the most balanced division in the Army, these brigades stand ready to promote security and stability in Afghanistan," said Maj. Gen. Ryan F. Gonsalves, the Commanding General of the 4th Infantry Division.
