DAEGU, Republic of Korea -- Col. Jordan Chroman relinquished command of the 403rd Army Field Support Brigade to Col. Michael Siegl during a change of command ceremony at Camp Walker's Kelly Field, Sept. 10.

Everyone in attendance was treated to an outstanding musical performance given by "The Alliance Brass", Eighth U.S. Army Band's brass quintet.

Maj. Gen. Kevin O'Connell, commanding general, U.S. Army Sustainment Command presided over the ceremony.

O'Connell thanked Chroman for his key role in furthering the partnership and alliance between ASC and the Republic of Korea, and charged Siegl with continuing to strengthen the ties between the 403d AFSB, ASC, and the ROK.

Chroman praised 403rd AFSB and ROK leadership during his speech.

"This alliance is strong because leaders at all levels continue to put emphasis on cooperation between strategic partners in the region," he said.

Siegl said he hopes to continue what he feels is a positive partnership in the ROK.

"Together we will strive to uphold the standard of excellence that has already been set," he said. "God bless you all and may our futures be worthy of our dreams."
