Zissman, associate head of the Cyber Security and Information Sciences Division at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Lincoln Laboratory, speaks to Army Cyber Command leaders about developing cyber technology and operations, at ARCYBER headquarters at Fort Belvoir, Va., Sept. 1, 2015.
