WATERVLIET ARSENAL, N.Y. The Arsenal has been in continuous operation supporting our troops since the War of 1812. Electralloy has made a significant investment to improve the Arsenal's rotary forge operation and was just certified by the American Bureau of Shipping to produce stainless steel forgings for marine applications.
