SEMBACH, Germany -- The Headquarters Installation Management Command G5 Mobile Training Team recently visited IMCOM-Europe, teaching the Plans Analysis and Integration Officer Basic Course to 21 participants from garrison and region PAIO shops.

The San Antonio-based trainers -- team leader Tim Ghormley, Lisa Cramer, Howson Lau and Susan Roberts -- conducted sessions from Aug. 24-28, hitting on such tough subject matter as: building strategic plans; conducting performance assessment reviews; using Baldrige criteria for interconnecting garrison action plans; and conducting mock Installation Planning Board sessions.

Colonel Jimmy Bradford, deputy region director for IMCOM-Europe, kicked off the training, held at the IMCOM-Europe Chaplain Academy for Religious Education. Plus he received Installation Planning Board close-out briefings.
