Petraeus, commanding general, U.S. Central Command, cites the U.S. Armed Forces Oath of Enlistment during a re-enlistment ceremony at Contingency Operating Base Speicher, near Tikrit, Iraq, during a Christmas day visit Dec. 25 in which many Soldiers furthered their commitment to the U.S. Army.
