Army Vice Chief of Staff Gen. Richard Cody presents the Association of the U.S. Army, George Washington Chapter's Commander-in-Chief Award to Col. Bob Pricone and Command Sgt. Major Craig Roberson, Commander and Command Sergeant Major of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard).  The Old Guard is the first military unit to ever receive this award; previous recipients include Gen. Colin Powell, William J. Perry, and Robert J. Dole.
