GRAFENWOEHR, Germany -- A Warrior Leader Course graduation was held at the 7th Army Non-commissioned Officer Academy, here, Aug. 6.

Of the 184 Soldiers who completed the course, four were members of the Ghanan Armed Forces. Sgt. Beleiver Adzalo, an instructor assigned to the Ghana Jungle Warfare School, was awarded a distinguished leadership award.

The objective of the Warrior Leader Course is to prepare Soldiers for the many responsibilities that come along with becoming a non-commissioned officer. It is the Army's first professional leadership course for non-commissioned officers. The month-long course teaches Soldiers the basic skills to lead.

Leadership, training management and war fighting were some of the main courses that Soldiers had to take throughout the WLC.
