Job title/Where do you work? Chief, Military Personnel Division (MPD), Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall.

Do you have any military service? Retired from the Army after 24 years of service.

What's the most rewarding part of your current position and why? Taking care of Soldiers and their families. They deserve to receive the best and most professional human resources support from MPD.

What's your favorite quote? "A customer is the most important visitor on our premises; they are not dependent on us. We are dependent on them."

Favorite sports team? Carolina Panthers.

Favorite book? "The Life You Were Born to Live," by Dan Millman.

Favorite band or music artist? Old school R&B; Sade.

Favorite movie? "The Color Purple."

Favorite place you've ever traveled to or been stationed at? Germany.

What do you like most about working on/visiting JBM-HH? Supervising the best staff on JBM-HH. The MPD employees make my job easy.

What do you like most about living in the National Capital Region? The diversity, history and career opportunities the NCR offers.

What's the best advice you've ever received? Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

If you won the lottery, what would you do? Take care of my family and true friends.

What are your goals for the year? Continue to provide outstanding customer service to the Soldiers, family members and retirees in the NCR.
