ANSBACH, Germany (June 19, 2015) -- The U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach Firefighting Training Center supported a museum's open-door day Sunday.

The MUNA Museum at Marktbergel, colocated with USAG Ansbach's Franken Kaserne and Oberdachstetten Range Complex, held their annual open house to give community members the opportunity to see historical military equipment from the U.S. Army and the German Bundeswehr.

The firefighting training center brought their vehicles to the event to show museum visitors the equipment with which they currently fight fires, perform rescues from automobile collisions, and more.

Approximately 3,500 people visited the event, according to the firefighters.
