The theme for the May 2015 Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) Heritage Month is "Many Cultures, One Voice: Promote Equality and Inclusion." This was chosen by the Federal Asian Pacific American Council (FAPAC) and emphasizes the diversity of the AAPI members of the FAPAC, who come from more than 30 ethnically distinct groups originating from the Asian and Pacific regions. It also demonstrates their unity in pursuing equal opportunity for all.
