Soldiers from Headquarters, Headquarters Company (HHC), 65th Medical Brigade, were selected to receive the United States Army Garrison-Yongsan, Army Substance Abuse Program, Zero Alcohol Related Incidents streamer for their guidon.

Col. Dallas Homas, Commander, 65th Medical Brigade, presented the streamer to Capt. Erika Chu, Commander, HHC, 65th Medical Brigade, in a ceremony held at the Brigade Compound on Yongsan Army Garrison, on April 9, 2015.

Noted as being the very first unit on the Korean Peninsula to receive this streamer, HHC was awarded this recognition based on the company's completion of 119 days without experiencing an alcohol related incident, 100 percent completion of training on Alcohol and Substance Abuse Prevention, and conducting all required monthly drug testing analysis.
