In honor of National Patient Safety Awareness Week, March 8-14, 2015, the Pacific Regional Medical Command (PRMC) would like to express its commitment to being the Pacific's leader in High Reliability Organizations (HRO).

PRMC supports the National Patient Safety Foundation's theme for 2015 Safety Awareness Week, "United in Safety", and the Region's leadership, Soldiers and staff fully understand that each and every member of the PRMC team plays a vital role in maintaining patient safety.

By following the three HRO Imperatives (Commitment of Leadership, Culture of Safety, and Robust Process Improvements) the PRMC remains steadfast in reaching its obligation of keeping their patients and staff free from all preventable harm or injuries.
