Before working at AMCOM, where did you work?

U.S. Army

What is your job?

As the New Equipment Training (NET) Team Leader, I work with NET managers, PM, PEO, and TRADOC on training requirements from cradle to grave, to include demilitarization.

What do you like most about your job?

I enjoy the constant changes and challenging experience of working with all the new systems, from Aviation, Air Defense, TMDE and CCWS to PEO STRI.

Did you serve in the military? If yes, for how long and what did you do?

Yes, for 22 years.

What are you usually doing when you're not at work?

Wood working and home repair and improvement projects.

If you could speak directly to the Soldier you support, what would you say?

I speak with the Soldiers on a weekly basis.

What would people be most surprised to learn about you?

I can fix, repair and build almost anything.

Who are your heroes or who has inspired you? Why?

My father.

When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?

An astronaut because I was fascinated with space and the unknown.

A challenging and daily commitment to ensure the Warfighter gets the best that we can give them. This is especially true after being on the other side and understanding the Soldiers' needs and wants, and knowing that we provide the best equipment and training out there.
