Dr. Robert Schloesser, chief of the Hanau closure team, hands the final flag to be flown over a U.S. military installation in Hanau to Torsten Halsey, deputy curator of the Americans in Hessen Exhibition. A ceremony was held Nov. 13 marking marking the final closure of U.S. Army Garrison Hessen, Germany.
