This year, March 1 marks the 128th Anniversary of the AMEDD Enlisted Corps and it's fitting to pause to recognize and celebrate our outstanding troops.

The contributions our enlisted Soldiers make to the AMEDD and the United States are immeasurable. Our Enlisted Corps has saved numerous lives on the battlefield and in the hospitals and clinics around the globe. Our enlisted Soldiers are the backbone of the AMEDD, having served our Army and Nation faithfully since 1887.

The AMEDD Enlisted Corps is strong because of the Soldiers who came before us and paved a way for those of us to follow in their proud tradition, and for the many strong Soldiers who honorably serve today. We are proud of our AMEDD Enlisted Corps heritage and proud of what we do each and every day.

BG Holcomb and I would like to personally thank each member of the Enlisted Medical Corps for their dedication, sacrifice and selfless service to the U.S. Army, the AMEDD, and our great Nation.

Army Medicine is always, Serving to Heal . . . Honored to Serve!
