YONGSAN GARRISON, Korea -- Young cadets from the Seoul American High School Junior ROTC program gathered in their gymnasium for inspection on Feb. 26.
Eight 1st Signal Brigade non-commissioned officers conducted the inspections for 140 young cadets. In addition to inspecting and grading their uniforms, the NCOs asked the cadets general military knowledge questions to gauge their understanding on military protocol.
