LEST, Slovakia -- The Joint Multinational Readiness Center's Falcon Aviation Observer Controller and Trainer team conducted a site survey of the Slovakian Military Training Area in Lest, Slovakia, from Feb. 9-12, 2015.

The site survey will help determine if JMRC can conduct company and battalion level multinational training events for Allied and partner units in Slovakia in the future.

JMRC's OCT Teams provide the planning, preparation and execution phases of simulated combat operations at the JMRC training area in Hohenfels, Germany. These teams collect, analyze, and provide feedback to rotational units as well as the U.S. Army.

The event in Lest provided a better understanding of the training areas, resources and facilities of the Lest Training Area for use by JMRC units.

JMRC is a directorate of the U.S. Army Europe's training command, the Joint Multinational Training Command headquartered out of Grafenwoehr, Germany.
