ANSBACH, Germany (Feb. 10, 2015) -- Katterbach Protestant Congregation conducted a semi-formal Sweetheart Banquet Jan. 30 at a local restaurant.

Eighteen couples participated in the pre-Valentine's Day banquet designed so attendees could affirm love for their spouses.

Chaplain (Maj.) Sean Moore, KPC's officer in charge, presided at the event and read verses from the Bible.

During the evening, the KPC recognized couples married the least and most time with a gift. Each couple competed in an attempt to match a list of love songs with their performers.
