The Public Affairs Office fulfills the Army's obligation of keeping internal and external publics informed about the missions and goals of the U.S. Army Reserve, highlighting Soldiers' contributions in civil and military settings and providing truthful and timely information in accordance with the Department of Defense policy of maximum disclosure with minimum delay.
