The Army Ground Forces Band performed a rousing 90-minute holiday concert at the Crown Arena, Fayetteville, N.C., Fri. Dec 12, 2014. The show featured the Soldier/musicians of the band and Broadway veteran Janine LaManna performing dozens of classic holiday songs from "It's the Most Wonderful Time of the Year" to "O Holy Night." The event was hosted by Maj. Gen. Thomas S. James Jr., U.S. Army Forces Command deputy chief of staff for operations, plans and training, and was also attended by Fayetteville Mayor Nat Robertson, N.C. State Senator Ben Clark, and Command Sgt. Maj. Scott C. Schroeder, FORSCOM command sergeant major.
