Ensure the most efficient use of Command resources within the G-3.
Promote the use of analytical methods for evaluations and management decisions to include the establishment of metrics and management controls based on metrics.
Encourage the use of lean six sigma and change management teams to address issues and resolve
problems.
Promote an environment focused on the development and sharing of information: ensure quality, consistency and accuracy.
